Second Project Meeting

The second transnational project meeting was held online on the 20th of June 2024. During the meeting were discussed the integrated report outcomes and mentoring program structure and key points.Following the desk analyses of different national and international policies related to gender equality and particularly gender equality in sport, different handbooks, Guidelines, recommendation plans, Action plans and Strategies, we identified several aspects that are important and should be implemented into mentoring program. Implementing these aspects can raise the awareness for involvement of women and support gender equality in tennis. By adopting these best practices, the tennis community can foster a more inclusive, fair, and vibrant atmosphere for players of every gender.
