The report is based on extensive research, which includes an analysis of existing national and international policies supporting gender equality in sports and a review of good practices in Europe aimed at promoting and safeguarding women in tennis, especially at the grassroots level.

Key findings of the report include:

  • A detailed overview of current policies and guidelines that enhance gender equality in European sports.
  • Examples of successful initiatives and strategies to promote women in tennis coaching and officiating.
  • Recommendations for tennis clubs and sports organizations to implement gender-inclusive practices and policies.

This report serves as an essential resource for tennis clubs, sports organizations, and policymakers to drive positive change in the sport and to create more opportunities for women to lead, coach, and officiate in tennis.
