This program is one of the key outcomes of the Game, Set, Equality project (№ 101134022 — Game Set Equality — ERASMUS-SPORT-2023), designed to empower and support female coaches and officials in tennis. The mentoring program provides a structured and comprehensive approach to career development, leadership, and skill-building, aiming to increase the number of women in tennis coaching and officiating roles.
