Recommendation and Transferability plan: Supporting Female Players in Becoming Coaches and Officials

As part of the Game, Set, Equality project, we released a Recommendation and Transferability Plan, now available for download on the project website! 🎾

The tennis clubs have critical role in supporting female players as they transition from their playing careers to become coaches or officials. Tennis clubs are in a unique position to foster an inclusive environment that nurtures the leadership and professional development of women in the sport. The plan outlines actionable steps for clubs to take in order to encourage and support their female athletes in pursuing coaching and officiating careers after their playing days are over.
